Scope
Deon AI provides research and automation software used by Deon AI and by clients under written agreement. Where a signed agreement exists, it governs and these terms are supplementary.
Authorised use
Access is granted to named account holders. You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for the instructions you give the software. Do not use it to send unsolicited bulk email, to access accounts you do not control, or for any unlawful purpose.
Google account connections
Connecting a Google account is voluntary and is done through Google OAuth. Permissions may be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com. How that data is handled is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Research output
Research produced by this software is provided for information. It is sourced and dated, and reviewed before delivery, but it is not professional, legal, financial or medical advice. Decisions taken on it remain the recipient's own.
Availability
The software is provided as-is, without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change or discontinue it.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Deon AI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this software. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
