Privacy Policy

Last updated 2 September 2026

Deon AI ("we") operates internal research and automation software. This policy explains what data that software accesses, why, and what we do with it.

Who this applies to

Our software is used by Deon AI and its clients under agreement. We do not offer a public consumer service and we do not collect data from visitors to this website beyond what any web host records automatically.

Google account data

Our software connects to Google accounts that the account holder explicitly authorises, using Google OAuth. We request only the permissions needed to operate:

Access is granted per account by the account holder, and can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com. Revoking access stops all further access immediately.

How that data is handled

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Retention

Message content is retained only for as long as the requested task requires, and is deleted when the account holder revokes access or asks us to remove it.

Website

This site is static. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and no advertising. Our host may keep standard server logs.

Children

This software is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, where we hold contact details, notify affected account holders.
